A twist on a traditional Tex-Mex staple. Veggie lettuce wraps inspired but the classic Fajitas. Spiced up with some MAHI magic. A low carb, peri peri high in flavor. So healthy, it should not really taste that good. We used Quron in this recipe, but there are so many incredible plant based meat replacements available now including; Beyond, Impossible.
