    kosher salt
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1/4 cup clarified butter
    1 teaspoon ghost chili sauce (found online or at specialty stores)
    1/2 cup Frank's or other hot sauce

Method:

1. Season the chicken wings lightly with Kosher salt.
